Positive: this was the first time when my family was together for a vacation trip and we all loved it > full marks to the property was really very good and comfortable. the biggest advantage to stay here were many like the location near to all the good spot to eat or party and also as this property has a hotel just opposite to the villa we stayed in so food to order 24 hours was the biggest advantage > breakfast you can go there and have > the check in very smooth the caretaker was there to check us in and later Mr Arijit the person was there to explain us everything and always there to help all payments done in our villa itself > the pool, the rooms , the living room all too good overall a perfect place to stay > also they gave us the details of a reliable taxi operator so the taxi and the driver was always there with us >can keep on writing more and more
Negative: the caretaker needs to be more proactive was sometimes not there when we needed him > one suggestion when the guest are in the Villa he should stay nearby > for me actually is nothing this was just a suggestion
